Enterprise Architecture Planning

For larger efforts, QuTech brings a wealth of experience in providing requirements management, independent verification and validation (IV&V), quality assurance, testing, and configuration management.

IT ACQUISITION AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
There are numerous ongoing initiatives aimed at federal acquisition reform. The goals are to accelerate the acquisition cycle, reduce government administrative costs, improve accountability for objective results, shift much of the performance risk to contractors, and manage contract costs/prices within allocated budgets.
QuTech provides a broad range of IT acquisition and program management support services throughout the acquisition life cycle that assists federal agencies in meeting these challenging reform objectives.
