QuTech was incorporated in 1989 in the State of Maryland as a woman-owned, certified Small Business. From its inception, the company has been providing efficient and quality technical services to commercial and government agencies. QuTech successfully graduated from the SBA’s (8a) Program in 2001, and has its corporate office in Largo, Maryland with operations in Atlanta, GA, Pittsburgh, PA, New York City, NY and Denver, CO. QuTech has demonstrated strengths in a full range of information management technology services, products and resources.
