Quality Technology, Inc. (QuTech) is a woman-owned, small business that was established in Prince George's County in 1989 as Davis Research and Development, Inc. and provided software engineering services. Renee Davis Parker, founder and owner of QuTech, has over 20 years of extensive experience in project management and information systems and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

In 1992, the firm entered the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program and in 1993, as the company evolved, we changed our name to Quality Technology, Inc. to reflect the corporate values to which we are committed. In 2001, QuTech became an ISO 9000-registered company and our Quality Management System has been re-certified as ISO 9001:2000. Also in 2001, QuTech successfully graduated from the 8(a) program as a viable, well-capitalized, business with Federal, State, and Local Government customers in five US states (Maryland, Virginia, Colorado, Georgia, and Florida) and the District of Columbia.

With over 100 successful engagements, QuTech provides services and solutions that support the full spectrum of IT lifecycle support through three dedicated Practice Areas, including Systems Engineering, Systems Operation and Management, and IT Acquisition and Program Management Support. We have also established specialized expertise in the areas of Enterprise Architecture Planning, Help Desk Support Services, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Information Assurance (C&A).
